This is a total outrage! This innocent man who’s thinking someone is breaking into his house, so he did what most of us would have done. We would grab the nearest big item, and try to defend our home. What did the police do? They shot and killed him while he was weilding a horrible death causing weapon…a golf club, without warning of putting down his weapon The man was a good ten feet from the police as you can see in the video at the bottom of the post.

I have to side with the author of this post, when will people not be killed because of marijuana? How many death’s do we need to have over something no more harmful as aspirin? The author also makes the very valid point, if the drug dealer had huge amounts of pot, there wouldnt be enough time to flush it all, sure maybe some, but not all.

The real kicker is, the police were looking for someone who no longer lived there, and proceded anyway. The police officer goes onto state to Huffingtonpost that he was trained for quick fire situations. Wait, shoot first and ask questions later? What has become of our country? Where do we go from here?

So interesting thing happened to me at the DMV a few days ago, I found out my license was expired, I didnt even realize it. So I go to DMV, get in line behind one of the local police officers in my area. He glanced at me, and nodded as to say hello. So we’re waiting in the long DMV like and started talking, I asked him how he felt about James Webb and wanting to go over our drug policy. He felt that its bad either way we go. For instance, alot of businesses, clinics, and such need that revenue to stay open. He feels if they legalize drugs that it would hurt us financially before it would help us. He also went on to say that he’s seen more hurt, and death from Alcohol, than all the other drugs combined. When will our goverment listen to it’s ‘law keepers’ drug policy is not working, we need to rethink our strategy. The fact of the matter is, there’s too much money to be made while drugs are illegal.

Just goes to prove that everyone is in on pot, you have kids there trying to become doctors and lawyers, and cops! Let’s all sit back and think how much it costs them to go to school, you figure at least 6-7 years worth of schooling, and you have to continually keep going.

By keeping pot illegal, this is what we’re going to see. Underground grows, dealing pot vary dangerous stuff.  People are turning to doing illegal things just to pay their bills. Read the full story.
