Wachovia apparently ignored several banking laws we have in place. Of course the Government “catches” them doing it and slaps them on the wrist with a fine of $110 million. Whynot make them forfeit their $378 billion. That’ll teach them a lesson. In some states they have laws that will take your homes or property if it’s linked to drugs, take their property.

Much money drug cartels make, and spend. Apparently most of the politicians dont mind giving our money away to foreign countries, and drug cartels.In one of these pics you’ll see a literal ton of cash, most of all its USD and it’s in another country.

It’s been 40 years since we’ve had this discussion at a federal level. Barney Frank (D-Mass) & Ron Paul (R-Texas) have introduced a bill that will eliminate the federal penalties for possession of marijuana. As one of CNN’s reporter’s put it, “Frank & Paul will have trouble pushing it through congress, and finally the president”. The name of the bill is “Ending Federal Marijuana Prohibition Act of 2011″

NORML has of course setup a page for you to email your congressman/woman. I suggest we all do so. The only way the laws will change is to let your voice be heard. Share it everywhere you can.

Montel Williams is opening a medical marijuana dispensary, yes that’s right, Montel has been an advocate for Marijuana as far as I can remember. He uses marijuana to help with his symptoms of multiple sclerosis. Montel acknowledges there’s a need for a safe place to people that need marijuana as a medicine. The Government would rather granny buy her drugs off the street, risk getting robbed, raped, and or killed. We need more Americans like Montel.

The city council members are all in agreement that the drug war in Seattle is a lost cause. The way we’ve been going about the drug control is find it, lock’em up. Does it work? Yes, if we’re trying to increase our prison population. Finally states are coming to their senses.

Michigan Judge Hugh Brenneman Jr, didn’t stand for the people on the issue of privacy of medical marijuana patients. The DEA says it’s not harassing medical marijuana users, but why else would they need that information? Which is something I don’t understand, if these medical marijuana people are huge criminals, why are there 16 states that have legalized it? Some states even have dispensaries, all taxes being paid (sales tax) to the federal Government. What really urks me is that the Government has given opium to farmers in Afghanistan to grow, one of the hardest drugs known to man, they give to farmers to grow, but people who NEED marijuana for chronic pain, cant have it. Fuck Michigan, and Fuck the DEA.
