Wachovia apparently ignored several banking laws we have in place. Of course the Government “catches” them doing it and slaps them on the wrist with a fine of $110 million. Whynot make them forfeit their $378 billion. That’ll teach them a lesson. In some states they have laws that will take your homes or property if it’s linked to drugs, take their property.

Sorry I was absent on the biggest day, but work was hectic, and exhausting all week, and had no energy to do anything but roll and smoke and zone out to the tube. This is a total outrage! This innocent man who’s thinking someone is breaking into his house, so he did what most of us would have done. We would grab the nearest big item, and try to defend our home. What did the police do? They shot and killed him while he was weilding a horrible death causing weapon…a golf club, without warning of putting down his weapon The man was a good ten feet from the police as you can see in the video at the bottom of the post.

I have to side with the author of this post, when will people not be killed because of marijuana? How many death’s do we need to have over something no more harmful as aspirin? The author also makes the very valid point, if the drug dealer had huge amounts of pot, there wouldnt be enough time to flush it all, sure maybe some, but not all.

The real kicker is, the police were looking for someone who no longer lived there, and proceded anyway. The police officer goes onto state to Huffingtonpost that he was trained for quick fire situations. Wait, shoot first and ask questions later? What has become of our country? Where do we go from here?

As everyone knows, prohibition does not work. We’ve been saying it for years. Now mexican drug cartels are thanking the US Government for making it illegal!  In one of the quotes from the article ‘El Chapo’ says he’d buy the man dinner whoever came up with the war on drugs.

To me the DEA, NDCP, DOJ should all feel ashamed of themselves. There’s one of the biggest players in the illegal drug trade, pointing and laughing at your stupid little ‘War on Drugs’.

Come on Hickory Middle School get a grip on reality here. The kids didnt have a controlled substance, they had something that looked similar. Whynot look into why you’re #42 on the list of ranked Virginia Schools. Are we going to start tossing kids out of school now for everything? Whynot the kids who wear the pants around their asses? What about the kids who goto school to sell real drugs. Dr. Jean Infantino I think you need to sit back, and take a long hard look at your previous years probably in college, where you most likely smoked pot.

Ok Rhode Island here’s your chance to legalize, or at least have your voice to be heard. Today around 430pm at the Rhode Island State House Room 313, they will be considering reducing the penalties for simple possession. If you’re a Rhode Islander, you may have not heard about it yet, which is usually the case, most of the population has no idea what the house in their state is doing, so I say to Rhode Island get out there! Voice your support!

I sometimes cross articles that really blow my mind about the uses of marijuana, and THC (Tetrahydrocannabinol). This woman, has an autistic child to whom is very problem striken by the disease. He claws himself, parents, as well as others before the use of Marijuana started. A short 4 month use of marijuana and the boy is doing things the parents would have never imagined.
