Prop 19 will legalize & tax marijuana in California for anyone over the age of 21, as with alcohol. I have the feeling once, Prop 19 passes most of the country will follow suit. If you were to ask every police officer, judge, and correctional officer, if our drug war is working, I bet you’re not going to get very many ‘yes’ answers.
